This happens every bin day, but today is the worst I've ever seen it. I know the seagulls didn't do this, it was fine earlier this morning. SWISCO have left a massive mess once again. Everybody had to walk in the middle of the road during rush hour, lady with a pram looked terrified. This happens every single week.
