A1122 Downham Market, at the pedestrian crossing, (for disabled people), outside 'The Original Factory Shop'. Every single time there is any degree of rainfall this crossing and the surrounding area floods, despite many reports being made to NCC Highways and many promises of action or remedy, yet the next time there is any rain, it again floods the road, (see photos). Please attend to this defect and, if necessary view it during or after rainfall.
