Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later
My father's foot was just run over as he walked on the pavement trying to walk my children home. He had noticed on the way to the village, that the cars turning left are not staying on the road, they are driving over the pavement, as it is low, and the pavement is very narrow at this point. The dropped kerb needs to be only for the crossing point and not all the way around the corner. The car didn't even stop. This is a route to school, so it is dangerous at this point.
