Litter dumped outside Cole Green Recycling depot

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2873568.

Some litter hs been dumped by the gates of the Cole Green Recycling centre (closed since March 2020!) which has ben closed due to Covid for over a year.
