Leafs /twigs/ sediments in street gutters blocking drains ,

Twigs/ old dead leafs/ sediment blocking drains,from no 1 to no 33 on both sides of Humberstone drive, then the litter gets caught in the twigs and it looks a mess, usually the council come in the winter and clear the debris up, but they did not come last year hence the problem now , I honestly think Humberstone Drive should be a high priority hence the big trees in the drive, and all the takeaways on Uppingham rd around the corner from Humberstone Drive, a lot of cars park on Humberstone drive and fetch there takeaways and dump there rubbish there, I am part of Humberstone forum looking after our neighbour hood , Claudia Webb labour m p as just opened her surgery aroung the corner from us I will be in touch with her and the Leicester murcury if things don’t improve,the litter problem as been going on for a long time , even tho I have contacted the council on numerous occasions nothing seems to been done about the problem,
