No bin at park entrance

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2872502.

There is a vast amount of traffic from dog walkers and pedestrians but no bin. The lack of bin makes much harder for people to not litter which results in refuse and dog poop bags around. A regularly serviced bin would help a lot.
