Bins on pavement

Sent to Lincoln City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2871390.
Bins permanently left on pavement, certainly for 4 years. Overflowing and used by passers-by.

No 90 leave their bins on the Rd to save a parking space . They have been told many times to remove then has they are causing an obstruction They take take no notice. People move the bins and put them back on the path ,but they come out and replace them back onto Rd.

No 90 foster Street have decided to park their car like this when they can't park outside their house. This photo was taken at 7.20 am on the 30th December. Thank god there wasn't a emergency in the street. No street light after 12 am anyone coming down the street could have ran into this.

So it's the 7th Jan 2022 no cars in the street and STILL they are leaving their bin out . When are you going to do something!
