Parking on footpath and junction

There is continually parking on the footpath and the road close to the junction of shirnall meadow This is now becoming hazardous to vehicles exiting as the line of sight is being blocked by parked vehicles and footpath users are having to move onto the road to pass parked vehicles, the parking on the junction is also a problem for large vehicles to pass due to the restricted road width This has been an ongoing problem that needs to be resolved before there is accident or Becomes a issue for emergency vehicle access
