Sent to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2870590.

Someone has a "bar" in their garden and regularly plays music for hours so loud my children can't sleep. Now it is warm it is impossible to open windows if they want to sleep. Music starts around 8pm and will continue until gone midnight.
