    Hello. I am e mailing you regarding a tree that is blocking the pavement. I live in Ham Shades Lane, Whitstable, and go to Church At All Saints, Whitstable.

    I am wheelchair bound. When I come along the Path, in Church Street, from Ham Shades Lane, I really struggle to manouvere my electric wheelchair past the tree. I have togo in the road, which is very dngerous. As you can see from my photo, the tree has now overgrown, right across the pavement.
