The abandoned trailer's birthday.

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2869337.

Happy birthday Trailer, happy birthday Trailer, happy birthday dear Traaaaiiii aiii -llleerrrrrrrr. Happy birthday to yoooouuuuuu.

This issue has been reported several times, trailer been sat there stationary for TWO YEARS, the car that is supposed to be related to that trailer has not been seen in that area ever since, previous council response(s) was to brush it off and instead gave a ''gone on holiday leave please call back later'' response.

So, my most heartfelt congratulations, because I'm calling it out again, it's been sat there TWO YEARS, AND partially obstructing disabled access. During all that time, some people used it to dump stuff in it, so in effect it's a non council approved wheelie bin that's not been emptied in TWO YEARS.
