This diseased looking tree is still (now more) overgrown, causing a nuisance to both property into private garden, and anyone passing (including a disabled neighbour) due to it being overgrown and overhanging the pavement. Please can it be rectified.

Please can someone update me on to what is to be done about this tree? A large overgrown branch is looking likely to snap off in which case likely damage property and car or persons. It was initially reported 12 months ago! This is unacceptable.
