Steps with trip hazard

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2868210.

On the steps going up into asda car park there is a hole/dip on one of the steps. At night due to lack of lighting it is very dangerous and a trip hazard.

Not sure if this is asda or council area.
