Very overgrown public steps from Perinville Road to Babbacombe Road

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2866594.

Grass bank has been neglected so that the grass is now feet tall and is hanging over the steps to block the walkway, jeopardizing the safety of people walking up or down the steps.
