Light so bright

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2865879.

The lamp post is so bright at night and is right outside my bedroom window . I am wondering if there is a way of putting a shade over the light on the back of light! It really is so bright it disturbs my sleep. Is there anything that can be done?
