The pavement / footpath in the picture the bushes are severely overgrown hanging over the path making who ever wants to use it walk on the grass / mud also the grass needs putting back to the original concrete edging strip as it’s grown over that and onto the pavement making it unaccessible to prams , wheelchairs & all pedestrians who want to walk on the pavement not the grass.
