Cars parked illegally, every day during morning and evening restricted parking, and continuously otherwise

These two cars have been parking illegally for past week. They are blocking pavement impeding cycle lane causing cyclists to veer out into the carriageway obstructing pedestrians, particularly elderly and those with buggies/wheelchairs Causing an issuefor schoolchildren walking home from Lawnswood and Abbey Grange Blocking visibility in both directions for vehicles attempting to exit drives on Otley Road
