Overflowing bins left permanently on pavement blocking the way for pedestrians

Reported via mobile in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 23:22, Mon 12 July 2021

Sent to Oxford City Council less than a minute later

At 13 Stockmore Street tenants leave the bins outside on the pavement instead of inside the front garden, bursting with rubish and blocking the pavement for pedestrians. There should be fines for residents who do this on a regular basis.

  • Still rubish left outside, food on the floor and flies everywhere. Bins on pavement. Also number 11 and number 9 and 7. Please sort out the rubish on the pavement problem because it attracts flies and rats and it is smelly. Number 13 and number 11 are multiple occupation houses and they need more bins or bigger bins. I have been reporting this problem for years and every time new tenants move in we have the same problem.
