Parked cars bloking junction

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2856883.

Cars parking in T junction making it fifficult for other cars to pass or larger lorries. Waste lorries have always problem to turn around asking me if I know who cars those are so they can ask them to move them. It should be single yellow line there.
