Drain cover on highway loose or broken

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2856404.

This drain cover is now very noisy and getting worse. The noise is very loud and disturbing, especially at night. As the problem is rapidly getting worse, I am concerned that the cover will fail under the pressure of heavy traffic and HGVs, which may cause an accident.
