Overhanging trees

These trees are getting taller and taller and are now taller tan our house with branches overhanging in to the garden in some instances by 6ft or more. We’ve had a couple of near misses from falling branches almost hitting my children. I’ve pruned back those that I can reach however the rest (and most dangerous) are simply too high. Branches falling from such a height, even smaller branches, can seriously injure an adult let alone a small child.

After requests for the trees on council land to be trimmed back as reaching, in some places, over 6 foot into garden my little girl was hit by a falling branch. Extremely angry that this hasn’t even been looked into
