Alley way being used as a toilet!! Human excrement all over!! At least 6 lots. Tissues and boxer shorts left!!!

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2853112.

I use the alley to take my bins out. I have previous cleared it up and bleached but getting out of hand now. This has been reported to the council but nothing done!! I purposely didn’t upload photos. The alley smells very bad and looks disgusting

  • I believe this alleyway is council owned as it used by the council tenants living in the council flats next door to it and also used by the bin men twice a week. There is a gated area further down which the council also have a key for but that is not where the problem is.
