Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2852416.

Someone appears to be living in a caravan in the layby on Ock Street, opposite Victoria Road in Abingdon. The caravan is attached to a vehicle, but the supports are down on the caravan and it has not moved for over a week. It appears that under Section 143 of the Highways Act 1980, this is a structure which the local authority are responsible for removing.
