Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2851209.

Makes a loud piercing sound when vehicles drive over. Thankfully in the past the council have fixed it every now and then. Has been bad for a while now (at least 1 year) and has recently got much worse. Cover is on the highway drain (not Southern Water sewer)
