Broken fence and open manholes

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2848291.

The manholes have been left uncovered for years. Recently they have been used for dumping rubbish. One was covered with a flag stone which has been smashed up. Also the fence has been broken, seem like the post was rotten anyway.
