Overhanging vegetation prevents access to pavement

Trees and bushes from the adjoining property belonging to 3 Blue Pot Lane, Eaton, are preventing passage along the footpath, causing pedestrians to have to use the roadway, which is dangerous. This is an ongoing problem on this pavement and eventually someone will be injured as a result of it and no doubt sue the Council (ie the taxpayer).
