Rough sleeper in tent surrounded by waste

There is a person or persons living in a tent under the flyover on Barrett Road on Lakenham Way. The rubbish surrounding the tent increases daily and it is opposite the back entrance to Cavell first school. This person or persons are surrounded by rubbish and probably also defecating in the immediate area which is by the footpath behind Hughes which leads to Aldi. Children are picked up in this area and are seen playing in the school field also. The rubbish is increasing daily and spreading through the surrounding area
