The Bus Stop on Cubbington Road by Parklands Avenue is full of rubbish of all types. I would suggest that, as soon as it is cleaned up, given the love of people for cleanliness and sparkle (that bus stop is too nicely-built to deserve such treatment), it would be paramount to install some tech device to get to know who sabotages the standards and to find out what the real issue is.
My stance on things. After having cleaned myself not only the bus stop of Cubbington Road/Parklands Avenue, which turned out to be, in reality, only the tip of the iceberg, the visible tiny dot, and after having invested 3 hours of my morning time, on different days, to clean up the ground behind the bus stop where a bush, growing in all directions, has been the container for an unbelievable amont of litter, I have observed how, within 10 days from the general deep cleaning, the bus stop has been dotted with paper tissues and the like. So, unfortunately, we do not know who is determined to carry out these low disruption acts. I do not think that they bring great satisfaction, either. It is far more satisfying to see a place kept in good shape, in my view. But, de gustibus...
