Overgrown garden from abandoned BITMO house tenants only show for mail purposes and leave there garden to over grow causing it now to hang over with nettles onto pubic footpath and also growing over into neighbours garden too I’m made to walk closer to kerb with my pram and kids so don’t get nettled or caught on the overgrown bush other tenants get letter to maintain garden not these things nightmare
