Post Office Feeding Seagulls

Sent to Ashford Borough Council and Kent County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2846292.

The Post Office residents are yet again feeding the seagulls. They have been asked numerous time in the past to stop this as not only does it encourage then to stay in the area and nest, but they are extremely noisy, aggressive when they have young and also they defecate all over the other residents cars, buildings and washing. It's just not acceptable. Please can you once again have a word with them and ask them not to put food out.
