Old caravan left in road

Sent to Runnymede Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2841286.

This caravan has been here for about three weeks. It is not attached to a vehicle and was removed on Saturday only to reappear later that morning on a low loader. Someone has been living in it has even had post redirected to a local house. It's an obvious health hazard & until the rain came at the weekend the area around it stank of urine. Some delivery lorries have been unable to get through.
