Water pooling on pavement
Reported via mobile in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 10:31, Mon 5 July 2021 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2841159.
The dip at the corner of the pavement outside 47 Newbury Street is continually pooling with rainwater and is getting worse since October 2020, when work was carried out by Thames Water to connect the supply to 47b Newbury Street. The brickwork to the property and the pavement are being undermined. The pool continues to deepen onto the pavement where elderly and children regularly walk. The height of the pavement seems to have sunk in the corner where work was carried out.
