Brambles and vegetation growing over the pathway

Reported via desktop in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 10:51, Sun 4 July 2021

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2838948.

This pathway now has numerous spiked brambles spreading across the pathway, making it very dangerous for elderly, disabled and youngsters in pushchairs (at their eye level). Would it be possible for ALL the vegetation along this path on The Anchorage from the Dock Road end up to Willis Road end to be really cut back beyond the edge of the path including all the bushes that are encroaching the path at ground level? Perhaps then charge the landowners so they do it themselves regularly? Many thanks.
