Regular maintenance of alley way needed!
The alley way that runs from the garage block at the top of The Oundle and at the back entrances of houses facing out on to The Oundle and Oaks Cross needs clearing. This has been reported numerous times previously and now needs to be re done as once again it remains neglected.
There are over grown weeds and stinging nettles, growing larger every day, running along the entire length of the alley way making it increasingly difficult to walk along or access without getting stung, these must be getting on for 6 foot tall now.
Why is this alley way not maintained as part of a routine and regular schedule? We pay so much in council tax and to rent our garages but we can't use the back entrance from our houses to access it? It is public land that SBC are responsible for. It needs regular maintenance. Apart from all the stinging nettles you have to dodge, there are dead rats, fox faeces and all manner of fly tipped rubbish that people throw out there. When it is not maintained and can no longer be used to walk through, it just attracts vermin and encourages people to use it as a dumping ground..

This problem in ongoing and is not fixed. It still needs maintaining, despite the fact someone is doing the work and job of the council by randomly spraying weed killer. Who is it that keeps changing the status to everything as fixed?
