The drains in the road smell of sewage

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Havant Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2836826.

There is currently a constant smell of sewage coming from the drains in he Road. The drains are also not working effectively and the road becomes flooded during heavy rain.
