Dead deer rotting at the side of the road

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2836202.

The dead deer (presumably road kill) has caused horses to spook and is causing a tremendous stench as it slowly decays
