Noisy manhole cover

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Since works by Severn Trent months ago the manhole cover makes a loud noise when driven over. As a very busy road the local neighborhood would appreciate a fix.

  • Markings have been sprayed on top of it but still no fix as yet.

  • The manhole cover was replaced a week or two ago, thank you. Unfortunately though, this has not fixed the problem, therefore the manhole frame that the cover sits on must be the issue.

  • The frame itself was replaced by Severn Trent a couple of months ago, and while it did fix the issue for a number of weeks, the problem has started again.
