Inconsiderate to Road users near important junction

Sent to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2830075.

This car is regularly parked opposite the junction of derby road. I have witnessed near misses with traffic approaching the junction to turn into Ashby road. Needs yellow lines extensions. This is been going on for a few months now

There’s been several cars parked on derby road not all at the same time but still obstructing traffic and the pavement.
