Flytipped roadsigns

Reported via iOS in the Roads/highways category by Gerry Knaggs at 17:00, Wed 30 June 2021

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2830065.

West Sussex County Council have for the last five months failed to collect in five “FLOOD” signs from Lower Bognor Road, despite repeated requests for them to do so. If they are not collected up, am I to assume that the contractor working on behalf of WSCC will be prosecuted for flytipping? If they can put them out, they can pick them up and not treat them as disposable items!

I also flagged up missing white-lining and a broken chevron road sign months ago. Neither have been rectified.
