The pavement space is disappearing by 50% in many parts due to soil and brambles and bushes. My husband is totally blind and uses a guide dog but to access Tesco’s and the GP along this pavement is painful and dangerous. It does not need a trim, it needs a major reduction to allow the original pathway to be accessible.
