Rubbish dumped and strewn over pavement every morning on Maryhill Road

Rubbish bags are dumped on pavement where they are ripped apart by birds and animals causing food waste, plastic and cans to be strewn over the pavement. This happens every morning in the same place on Maryhill Road.
