Overgrown hedges & plants encroaching on footpath

Reported via desktop in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 14:24, Tue 29 June 2021

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2826959.

Hi.

40 stretch of path on the north side of the B581. Between the houses on opposite sides of the road. The hedges along the footpath are overgrown making the footpath narrow and meaning you have to walk next to the road which has a 60MPH speed limit. Not very nice when walking a dog. The hedgerows and any earth/plants/mud that is on the path needs to be removed/cutback.

Google images attached give a good example of where the path is and how much is covered/obstructed.
