This is blocking pavements and causing obstruction to pedestrians especially people in disability vehicles or those with pushchairs. It can be very dangerous for children running as some bushes with thorns are encroaching, if they were to catch an eye could cause blindness. This problem is happening in all Hamilton areas, residents need reminding of their responsibilities.
