Cars obstructing view

Sent to Breckland District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2822559.

Cars parked on the green very close to the junction on either side obstructing view when pulling out on a busy estate road close to the bend causing alot of close calls, an accident waiting to happen!

Surely this is a POL:ICE issue ie unsafe roads. Not a BDC issue?
