This car forces other motorists to go onto the other side of the road whilst entering Hartington Road from Cambridge road causing conflict with motorists exiting Hartington Road.Once again the vehicle has been the subject of numerous reports to enforcement officers but still continues to exibit selfish behaviour to other motorists
