Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2818169.
Tree overhanging public foot path near 20 Cumber Drive causing hazard for pedestrians dead trees on grass area near 15 Cumber Drive need removing before bits start falling off. Generally the area needs the grass cut and looked after better like the greens and parks along Torquay sea front after all it is is locals who pay the council tax down here and not the holiday makers.

Tree near 20 Cumber Drive is nearly touching the pavement now I suppose the council are too busy looking after the grounds in Torquay for the holiday makers to bother about us council tax payers. Does anyone know of any local Limbo dancing classes for us oldies as we are past the ability to pole vault over this obstruction?

29/7/2021 Guys came and cut down the dead trees but did not trim back the tree overhanging the pavement. I suppose we should be thankful the council did anything at all. No news on the oldies Limbo dancing classes either then again there are no buses at the top of our road now to warrant a trip along the pavement any way. Ain't life just grand.

Tree over hanging the pavement near 20 Cumber Drive has still not been cut back, lack of HGV drivers is no excuse as a bloke working on Torbay sea front gardens could get here on a bus with his shears.

Phoned Brixham Town Council today to see if they would send the Lengths man to cut it back and guess what ? They are going to contact Torbay Council to see if they can do it. Bet nobody knows what the extra Council Tax we pay gets used on ? No nor do I.

22/10/2021 still no progress with tree overhanging pavement. Now the holiday season is over I thought we may have had a couple of blokes they could have released from the holiday makers gardens along Torquay sea front to trim it back, silly me thinking us Brixham council tax payers have any rights to services.
