Repeated illegal parking on zig zag line outside Sainsbury’s and opposite Crossley St primary school

That is regular and repeated parking of multiple vehicles on the zigzag lines outside Sainsbury’s and opposite Crossley Street Primary School. This makes crossing the road via the zebra crossing dangerous and unsafe. There appears to be no accountability for the offending drivers. This situation has now gone on for years and there needs to be a way of enforcing the non-parking on this part of the road.
