Vehicles regularly left unattended across junctions

Most of these vehicles don't even have drivers and they are just left abandoned all over the place.
They block the pedestrian entrance to the pathway and also the only car access to the cottages. Aside from being a nuisance, this caused a serious delay in ambulance access on several occasions recently.
The police who are responsible for illegal parking in Banbury haven't done anything, Amazon haven't done anything about their drivers and the council have said that they have already put parking restrictions in place, despite these not being followed.
The barriers that Amazon put in place to stop HGVs and coaches blocking our driveways and parking down a road with restrictions (no HGVs at any time, no other vehicles Mon - Fri 8-6), are just dragged out of the way and left all over the road causing a hazard to vehicles and cyclists.
This has been ongoing for at least the 18 months I have lived here and our neighbours assure us a lot longer than that.
It is making my life a living hell.
Further examples of double yellows being ignored, parking across junctions and blocking access to the path.
Additionally, on my short walk to work, several vehicles came flying off Southam Road and round the corner where I was crossing the road without any attempt to slow down before driving towards the warehouse entrance.
