Sent to Fareham Borough Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 281576.
Every weekday morning between 08:00 and 08:20 Hours we are disturbed by a driver repeatedly sounding a car horn (reg. no NV59 KCO) to attract the attention of a householder to send out a child the driver is transporting to school. The driver resolutely refuses to park the car in the available space at the kerb but sits in the centre of the road block access and egress for everyone else. The car has also been seen speeding along Hill Park Road, how can this be addressed, the horn blowing disturb's several night shift neighbours, and the excess speed endangers children walking to school.

Not everyday day now, but several times a week we suffer the horn blowing as she signals to the passenger she's waiting outside. NOT legal use at all!

The driver now looks for a close space, most of the time, however the hron blowing to attract the child she is transporting's parent/s continues unabated.

Less horn blowing, though the 'inappropriate speed' still continues.
