Light problem, still not resolved

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The light (number 4) was fixed last Friday, it came on for 5 minutes and has not been on since! Guessing it’s an electrical fault.

  • Bulb was changed , worked for 5 minutes, nothing since.

  • Hi Many thanks for your report, there looks to be an intermittent fault with the lantern so I have raised a job for our contractors to change the lantern to a new LED type.
